Mrs Lalitha Ellawatta started this dressmaking business about 45 years ago with the name of Lalitha Fashion Center. in the present Mrs Ellawatta and her Daughter in law Mrs. Imali warnakulasooriya doing the business together with using the latest designing technologies.
although we are capable of sewing any type of ladies dresses like Party Frocks, Wedding Frocks etc. We have other websites to promote our capabilities of sewing such dresses but we are emphasising “sewing saree jackets” on this website.
for sewing saree jackets we are using the scientific method of sewing, although it is time-consuming it is the right way to sew a perfect outfit.
we are always proud to say that we are not only giving our service inside Sri Lanka, some occasions we have travelled to other countries like Australia, Singapore to do the dressmaking of special occasions like new year festivals and Vesak festivals. We mainly do all the designing and stitching of saree jackets for the Sri Lankan community lives in other countries.
We are undertaking dressmaking for company events also and we can deliver it to you at the right time without any delay, we will not accept work that we can not deliver within time.
